The ACM has set a generic national tariff change of +8,25%

Quantity Discount
You can apply for Quantity Discount via our new system*:
The Besluit Markttoezicht Registerloodsen lays down the rules for the quantity discount on the pilotage tariffs. Quantity discount on the pilotage tariffs is only granted if all requirements are met.
* As of January 1, 2025, the application and management of clusters for frequency discounts in the Rotterdam-Rijnmond region will be fully handled through our new system. The transition period, during which you could still use the Excel forms (Form I & II), has now ended. From now on, applications and modification requests will only be processed via the new system.
Please note that other regions are responsible for their own communication, and the go-live date may vary by region.
